October 4, in Baskir drama theater of M. Gafuri the long-awaited premiere of the performance "Antigone", directed by the chief director of the Tatar academic theater of G. Kamal Fareed Bikchantayev was held. It should be noted that “Antigone” is played on the Bashkir stage for the first time. The entrepreneur is Fakil Murzakayev.

The tragedy "Antigone" has been written in 442-441 B.C., by the Ancient Greek tragedian, the playwright Sophocles. And in 1942 the French playwright Jean Anouilh writes the drama of the same name.

Not so many actors are involved in performance: the role of the autocrat Kreon was played by the artistic director of M. Gafuri drama theater, the winner of an award of Stanislavsky, the national artist of Bashkir ASSR, the honored artist of RSFSR Oleg Hanov, and little Antigone's played by the young actress Lilia Galina. The role of bright, magnificent, but weak Ismena's spirit is performed by two actresses (in different structure) – Gulnaz Haysarova and Gulmira Ismagilova; unapproachable nurse – is the honored actress of the Republic of Bashkortostan Alsou Galina-Gafarova; a role of the adult, but soft son of Kreon, Gemon, the honored artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ilsur Baimov performs; the image of the Chorus (which is diligently watching the story-teller's heroes) is realized by the national artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Almas Amirov; the silent servant of Kreon is Aynur Sitdikov. Tough, motionless policemen are played by the honored artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the national artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Azamat Gafarov, and the national artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the honored artist of the Russian Federation Ildar Saitov and Yunir Kulanbayev.

As for the main characters - Kreon and Antigone, It should be noted that antagonism of characters is in the performance: strong, imperious, powerful Kreon and fragile, little Antigone. Their conflict is clear: the power (in the person of Kreon) and freedom (in Antigone's image). Unlike Sophocles, Jean Anouilh shows the internal conflict of heroes. Sophocles Kreont and Antigona have complete persons and are unshakable. At the French playwright is differently: Kreon is the person of system who appears under the power of own ruling force. Even in his name, unlike the antique tsar, there is no letter "t" as if there is no support. Therefore Kreon doesn't regret the final and isn't distressed concerning Antigone's death, the son Gemon and the wife, and just continues to do the work: "Five hours. What at us today in five …? Well, time is appointed council, we will go to council".

Performed by Oleg Hanov, Kreon is the character who is capable to empathize Antigone; he tries to explain the act to each of them. Inside of him is the father's conflict (both for the son, and for Antigone) and the master is based. Also it is visible how in the final this tragedy after all leaves a print on Kreon's face: not movably he heads a table for meetings.
