October 6 in M. Karim National Youth Theater the premiere of the performance "Hanuma" was held. Statement is dated for anniversary of the honored actress of RB Zifa Davletbayeva.

The production director is Rustem Hakimov, the winner of the State youth award RB of Sh. Babisch, the Honored worker of arts of RB, greeted the audience, and congratulated of the beginning of a new theatrical season.

Action happens at the end of the XIX century in Georgia, Tiflis where two matchmakers — Hanuma and Kabato compete.

Roles are played by bright, charismatic actors. Zifa a Davletbayeva, the honored actress of RB, as Hanuma, her brightness blew up the hall, and infected with the positive power. Kabato – Albina Kashanova, the honored actress of RB, didn't concede at all twist to the competitor, and it was resourceful and cunning as a fox. The prince Vano Pantiashvili performed by favorite of all Nagim Nurgalin, the honored artist of RB, with ease tried to obtain people laughter of the audience, truthfully representing the Georgian prince. National motives, dances, were executed, so the scene was filled with the Georgian color. Scenery design of a performance was minimalist not to distract the viewer from the action. The garden with vineyards was right there replaced by the palace, the market, and even a “banya”. But suits of actors was national, bright, thought over to trifles: a tobacco pouch on a belt at the matchmaker, or, for example, a cap for sleeping at the prince Vano.  

The performance according to Auxentius Tsagareli's play "Hanum" was for the first time put on the stage of the Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater. It was repeatedly realized: at first on the stage of drama theater, then musical, then appeared on a screen. The comedy is written by the Georgian playwright more than hundred years ago, it is perceived not just as the vaudeville with couplets and as this peculiar musical with songs, dances and a pantomime. The music of the people's artist of the Georgian SSR Giya Kancheli written in 1973 to performance ABDT of A. M. Gorky is quite popular and recognizable.

According to the plot the old prince Vano Pantiashvili who spent on drink and shirked everything that is possible and that it is impossible, looks for the rich bride to pay debts and to redeem a pledged property. Hanuma found him not too young and as it will become clear later, the ugly bride with a decent dowry — Guliko; the prince knows the bride only according to Hanuma's descriptions (and her age in these descriptions gradually increases), but he is interested mainly at a dowry. The plot is complete of intrigues and surprises, and the professional matchmaker Hanuma constantly follows the purpose – all to marry and not to allow to Kabato's competitor to outwit her. What turned out from this – look in this season on the stage of a Youth Theater.

The performance turned out live and truthful, Hanum managed to become classics in the history of theaters. Tomorrow, on October 7, Hanum it will be provided in the same structure.
