In anticipation of opening of the 97th theatrical season, the Bashkir state academic drama theater of Mazhit Gafuri has held the press conference devoted to a new season and a premiere of this season to the performance "Antigone".

Work on a performance goes all summer, the chief director of the G. Kamal Tatar academic theater Fareed Bikchantayev has arrived from Tatarstan, and trains during month on the stage of a bashdram. “Antigone” on the Bashkir stage is for the first time, and will see it through a present prism. The premiere of a performance will be held on October 4.

The artistic director of theater Oleg Khanov told about a performance, and shared own thoughts about it: "This story is out of time, it is about opposition and power of human spirit. Today this story is very urgent because there is a washing out of a word meaning "truth". At the same time, this performance is - belief in humanity, in piece. Those who will visit us will derive sheer pleasure from a performance as from a genre because the director made everything with sense of taste".

Ilsur Kazakbayev, the director of theater told journalists about a trip to Ulan-Ude on the III International festival of national theaters "Altan-Serge", with the performance "Towards to a Dream" which won two special awards: "For the appeal to modern national prose and search of modern theatrical language" and "For the best actor's ensemble".

"The fact that we went there is a result of big internal work of our management. It was pleasant that we were very warmly accepted, there was a wish to give all the best completely, and one and all were satisfied with our representation on a festival. High level of the organization also pleased us as guests, various excursions, including one to the Lake Baikal were organized", - the director noted.

Oleg Zakirovich thanked the Ministry of Culture of RB for a fine opportunity to young structure of delegation to visit a similar festival.

"The fact that the younger generation of theater addressed the problems provided in the performance "Towards to a Dream" and shared them at the international level is important. Also it is useful experience exchange for young actors", - Oleg Khanov emphasized.

We remind that on September 27 in the republic the event "Theatrical Night" will take place. Bashdram for the viewer this day prepared quest, the first in the history of theater. On small and big stages there will take place the performances "Jute" and "Husband for an Hour".
