Ufa's Library №7 will launch the Health day on April 7.

The programme starts at 10:30 AM with the rock-climbing lecture with the coach Alisa Tamindarova. 

The psychological lesson will start at 11:30 AM. It will be hosted be the psychologist Galina Yakina.

At 2 PM starts the master-class of oriental arts by the master Shamil Gaisin.
