Today was the very first performance of american singer Sy Smith in Ufa. The event took place at the Bashkir state philarmonic K.Akhmetov. She is known as a singer, a poet, a composer and a record company owner. 

She performed on same stage with Whitney Houston, Erick Bennet and so on. 

She performed some well-known songs: "Summertime", “What a wonderful world”,  “Embraceable you”, “They can’t take that away from me”. 

The Big-band led by the Honored artist of Bashkortostan Oleg Kasimov accompanied Sy Smith on the stage. 

"This is my first time in Ufa, and the spectators made it so beautiful! I was grown up on Michael Jackson and Stewie Wonder songs. That is why my repertoire is so wide and colourful", - she commented from the stage.

Everybody was ver exhited about the concert. The next jazz evening will be set on November 6. Tickets are availible on-line.
