On October 21, the Ufa Song and Dance Ensemble "Miras" will open its 30th anniversary season at the City Palace of Culture with premieres. Alexei Shishkin, one of the leading ballet masters of Russia, a well-known Russian dance director, staged the vocal and choreographic composition "Russian Patterns" for the folk song "Lugovaya Utushka".
The concert program includes everyone's favorite Bashkir compositions. The night will also feature American country music "Rhythms of the Wild West", vocal and choreographic composition. The choir and orchestra of the ensemble also prepared premiere performances. Thus, the choir will present new songs "Bashkortostan", "Khutorok" and potpourri on the themes of Bashkir songs "Golleme". The orchestra will perform "Fatima" by Nura Dautov.
Spectators will be admitted to the concert only if they have a QR code confirming that they have been vaccinated against COVID-2019 or have had an illness in the last six months or a certificate from a medical organization that there are contraindications to vaccination against COVID-2019.
Tours are planned in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, and abroad as part of the anniversary season. The team received an invitation to the Sultanate of Oman, representing the Russian Federation, in February. The first tours in the jubilee season will be performances in Yaroslavl at the festival of national cultures "We are all Russia" and in Vologda on the eve of National Unity Day. Also, a big tour in November will take place in the Orenburg region. From November 11 to 15, Miras will participate in the International Festival of Indigenous Peoples of the World "Shining of the North" in the city of Beloyarskiy Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra.
Every year the ensemble replenishes its rich repertoire with dances, songs, and melodies of the peoples of the world. Miras was applauded by the audience of France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Hungary, Switzerland, Great Britain, Turkey. The geography of performances is expanding every year.
