On October 29, the troupe of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater within the framework of the Third Festival of Musical Theaters of Russia "To See Music" will perform on the stage of the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center.

Artists will present Joseph Haydn's comic opera Lunar World, which premiered last season. Musical Director and Conductor - Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, winner of the Russian National Theater Award “Golden Mask” Artem Makarov, director - Elizaveta Korneeva (Moscow).

In 2016, the theater already participated in the First Festival with the opera G.F. Handel "Heracles". And in 2017, the chief choreographer of the BSTOiB, Leonora Kuvatova, won the Legend award at the Second Russian Music Theater Festival “See Music”.

The third festival takes place in Moscow from September 18 to November 14, 2018. It is attended by 49 theaters in Russia and the CIS, including the Bolshoi Theater of Russia, the Moscow Musical Theater "Helikon-Opera", the Perm State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. P.I. Tchaikovsky and others.
