The TurStat tourist portal has presented a rating of the most preferred resorts and regions of the country for recreation this summer. The rating is compiled according to the demand for sanatorium-resort vacations of the sanatoriums listed on the Sanatorium-Russia.rf resource.

The top five popular resorts for holidays in health resorts this summer included Sochi and Anapa in the Krasnodar Territory, Kislovodsk, Pyatigorsk, and Essentuki in the Stavropol Territory.

Bashkortostan hits 9th place in the rating, just before Altai Territory.
