The Ufa Central Library sets the online-competiion "The Winter Fantasy". The paricipants may be at any age. 

The competition is set in two nominations. The competition will be set on the official web-site of the Library. 

The applications are taken untill December, 16. The voting will be held on December 18-24. 

Three winners will be announced on December, 25.
