"Saptar" ethnic musical group participated in the International festival, which was held in September from 25 to 27, in Tver Oblast of Russia. Collectives from Leningrad and Tver Oblast and the Republic of Karelia were also the participants of the project.

The members of the "Saptar" group amazed people with building kurai instrument in their sight. 

Some master-classes were the part of the educational programme of the festival.
