The IV "Vladimyr Spivakov invites" festival will be held in the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" on the 17th, 18th and 19th of September. It is supported by the Ministries of culture of Russia and Bashkortostan, the Head of Bashkortostan and the Ufa city Administration. 

The National Philharmonic Orchestra led by the UNESCO Artist for Peace Vladimir Spivakov is a constant participant of the festival. 

This festival became traditional for Bashkortostan. Every year it gathers young participants and music-lovers with its unique view on a classic music. 

Young famous Bashkir artist from the Covent-Garden Opera theater Aigul Akhmetshina will perform on the opening of the festival along with the Mariinsky theater soloist Yaroslav Abaimov on the 17th of September. 

Young violist from Spain Maria Duena will perform the next day, on the 18th of September. 

Young talented pianist Ivan Bessonov will perform along with the The National Philharmonic Orchestra on the clothing of the festival, on the 20th of September.
