The XXIII Russian visual arts festival started at the Tuapse city, Krasnodar district today. It is realizing on the 5th to 13th of July in the Russian youth center "Orlyonok".

Two films from Bashkortostan are participating in this competition. Those are "The little sister" (director A.Galibin) filmed by the M.Karim's novell  "The joy of our home" and "Out-of-class lesson" (director R.Yultaev), dedicated to the National Victory day.
