Finally the results of the I International Vocal Competition of F. Shalyapin announced. According to the results of the II round of the Competition Jury awarded the title of laureates and winners.

As the press service of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater informs, the I prize was shared between Arthur Kaipkulov (Russia, Ufa), Jaroslav Petryanik (Russia, Saint-Petersburg) and Regina Rustamova (Azerbaijan, Baku).

II prize also divided into three members: Dinar Dzhusoev (Russia, Kazan), Aidos Zhabagin (Almaty, Kazakhstan) and Vera Pozolotina (Russia, Ekaterinburg).

III Prize took Oleg Budaratsky (Russia, Ekaterinburg) and Victor Mendelev (Belarus, Minsk).

Diploma winners of the competition were: Hamid Abdulov (Azerbaijan, Baku), Aigul Ahmetshina (Russia, Ufa), Sargis Bazhbeuk-Melikyan (Armenia, Yerevan), Kirill Belov (Russia, Ufa), Arthur Gabdiev (Kazakhstan, Almaty), Alain Guz’ (Ukraine , Kharkov, Ukraine), Andrey Danilov (Russia, Irkutsk), Anastasia Donets (Russia, Saint-Petersburg), Maria Zaikina (Russia, Saint-Petersburg) and Gleb Kim (Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek).

Special prize "Hope" and the Audience Award won Aigul Ahmetshina (Russia, Ufa).

The Mustai Karim Foundation awarded 10 special prizes. Special prize for the best performance of folk songs got Ruan Jiang (China, Guilin), Dalton James Curran (United States, Hamilton), Julia Lozhevsky (Russia, Saint-Petersburg), Said Gobechia (Abkhazia, Pitsunda).

The winner of special prize for the best performance of the Bashkir folk song is Damir Taipov (Russia, Ufa).

Special prize for the best performance of Russian romance - Anastasia Shcheglova (Moscow, Russia), Arthur Gabdiev (Almaty, Kazakhstan) and Oleg Budaratsky (Russia, Ekaterinburg).

Special prize for the best performance of foreign romance - Alena Guz (Ukraine, Kharkov) and Dinard Dzhusoev (Russia, Kazan) won.

Vera Pozolotina (Russia, Ekaterinburg) was awarded a special prize of the International Elena Obraztsova Academy of Music.

Honored Artist of Russia Irkin Gabitov awarded a special own prize to Bazhbeuk Sargis-Melikyan (Armenia, Yerevan) for the performance of "Song of Mephistopheles in Auerbach's Cellar" by Mussorgsky.
