More than 200 people are invited on the 2nd session of the cultural institutions managers. It will be lasting from the 27th to the 30th of September. 

Meetings will be led by the deputy Minister of culture of the Russian Federation OlgaYarilova, the member of the State Duma of Russia, the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee for Culture Olga Kazakova, the Senator from Bashkortostan, the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee for Science, Education and Culture Liliya Gumerova, director of State Russian Art V. Polenov House Tamara Purtova and the Interim Minister of culture RB Amina Shafikova. 

The plenary session will take place at the Congress-Hall Toratau on the September 28.
