Yesterday, September 20, in the Greek hall of Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theatre "Evening of the Russian romance" concert held. Soloists of the E.V.Kolobov Moscow Theater the New Opera became the main heroes of this evening. The holiday of the romance has taken place within the International festival "Shalyapinsky Evenings in Ufa". 

Concert consisted of two parts. In the first part romances on Alexander Pushkin, Nestor Kukolnik, Evgeny Baratynsky, Alexey Koltsov, Galina's verses Galina and Alexey Tolstoy were heard.

Evening of music was opened by the winner of the international competitions, the owner of an honorable Fund of Irina Arkhipova medal – Anna Viktorova (mezzo-soprano) who has executed Mikhail Glinka's novel "A health cup" on A. S. Pushkin's verses.

Also in the first part of the concert have acted: the winner of the international competitions, the Honored artist of Ukraine Sergey Sheremet, who has executed romances "I Remember a Wonderful Moment..." (M. Glinka), "The passing song" (M. Glinka), "Nightingale" (P. Tchaikovsky soch.40, No. 4), "Don Juan's Serenade" (P. Tchaikovsky soch.38, No. 1); the student and the winner of the international competitions Elena Terentyeva have executed such romances: "Having Been Captivated a Rose, a Nightingale..." (N. Rimsky-Korsakov), "The lullaby song" (P. Tchaikovsky, soch.16, No. 1). The duet of Elena and Olga Terentyeva, also winners of the international competitions, has sung "A lullaby song" M. Glinka, Ts. Kyui's "Desire", "The passion" P. Tchaikovsky has passed. The romance "Do Not Tempt Me without Need" of M. Glinka was executed by Anna Viktorova and the winner of the international competitions Yaroslav Abaimov who has also executed S. Rachmaninov and P. Tchaikovsky's romances.

The second part of a concert was opened by the honored artist of Russia Vladimir Kudashev who has executed the romance "Trepak" of M. Mussorgsky from the cycle "Songs and Dancings of Death" on verses A. Golenishchev – Kutuzova. Also Mussorgsky, Rachmaninov, Dargomyzhsky Sviridov's romances on Fet, Polonsky, Bryusov, Blok, Kurochkin and Pushkin's verses sounded. Romances on national subjects sounded performed by Olga and Elena Terentyev: "The Russian song" Sviridova and "Van’ka-Tan’ka" of Dargomyzhsky.

Evening has finished the romance "Lord of My Days" of Alexander Dargomyzhsky performed by the quartet in the person of Yaroslav Abaimov, Anna Viktorova, Elena Terentyeva and Sergey Shermet.
