November 18, 2016 at the Bashkir State Art Museum of M.V. Nesterov opened the VIII International competition exhibition Triennale «URAL PRINT TRIENNIAL 2016" of printed graphics.

Grand Prix of the Ural Print Triennial went to Ayk Grigoryan, representing Armenia at the contest. However, the statue of "The Countess graphics" flew to Spain, as Hayk Grigoryan live there.
Opening the exhibition, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of RB Salavat Sagitov noted: "We are witnessing the opening of the Eighth Print Triennial. To me, the graphics are one of the most interesting forms of art. I think the only real master is subject to display the whole story in these black and white miniatures. Glad that everyone can be involved in this. I think this is a great gift to our city and throughout Bashkortostan".
First Prize and awarded the appropriate medal Delekte Paul from Poland. The second prize went to Mehdi Darvish (Iran). The third prize and received a medal Deborah Chapman from Canada.
There were also two awards for "Excellence", which was awarded to Veronica Schupka from Poland and Tamrongskaku Nimmanusornkulu from Thailand.
Diplomas were 18 contestants, including a representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Gleb Golubev.
Winners were determined members of the international jury, which included well-known world of graphics and art. Under the terms of the Triennale all participating in the competition the works after the exhibition will remain in the congregation of the Bashkir State Art Museum of M.V. Nesterov. The exposition presents works made in all the traditional techniques of printmaking.
Letter of thanks of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan was awarded the General Director of "Ufa collector" Nikolai Ilnitsky, who, in turn, gave three contestants their sponsorship money prizes. One of these awards went to Olga Samosyuk from Bashkortostan.
Letter of Thanks was also honored with the schedule, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Salavat Gilyazetdinov "for active participation in the preparation of the VII International Triennale".
The aim of this large-scale project - support and further development of the traditional classic techniques of printmaking and is designed to acquaint the viewer with the state of the circuit diagram in the world. Recall that the competition exhibition will be on display from November 18 to December 15, 2016 at the Bashkir State Art Museum of M.V. Nesterov.
