In Ufa has ended gala concert of I All-Russia festival of storytellers (Sesen). By the decision of the jury "Halyk Sesen" the main prize awarded Sesen of Gafuriysky District Ilgam Baybuldin.
 
Also, winners of the festival were determined. They are: Mandzhiev Batre (Kalmykia), Ayasmaa Tulush (Kemerovo region), Doolotbek Sydykov (Kyrgyzstan), Zoe Strekalovskaya (Yakutia), Sophia Brusnikina (Arkhangelsk), Alibey Romanov (Dagestan), Rosalia Sultangareeva (Ufa) Asiya Gainullina (Sibay).
 
Besides Farhat Orazov (Kazakhstan), ethnic group "Alpamysh" (Uchalinsky area), ethnic group ethno-art branch "Talir-tenke" Sibai College of Art, ethno group "Sal Ural" (Uchalinsky district), Maria Alexandrova (Karelia ), Emil Terkishev (Altai), Vyacheslav Kuchenov (Khakassia), Maule Yamaletdinov (Uchalinsky district) became nominated. Also, the jury determined the winners of special prizes.
 
Welcome address by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov read Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ranis Altynbaev. He said: "... The centuries-old continuity of the epic traditions shows that the Bashkir people for a variety of historical circumstances, managed to keep his spiritual culture, not in its material embodiment, and in the memory of hundreds of thousands of folk storytellers-Sesen, whose traditions alive today. "
 
It is gratifying that the festival has supported the Russian Federation Commission for UNESCO. In his welcome address to participants and guests of the festival from the Executive Secretary of the Commission Grigory Ordzhonikidze said: "... The most ancient art of folk masters of storytelling and Sesen certainly an important tool and a guarantee of the identity of people, their history and culture, and today the festival is an important factor in strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation in modern world".
 
With its colorful rooms decorated celebration of ethno-project "Zainetdinov" ethnic group "Yatagan", "Alpamysh" and others. A storm of applause greeted the participants of the festival room.
  
These two days were intense, both for participants and spectators. The festival provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and traditions of the multinational people of Russia and foreign countries.
