A young participant from Croatia Michal Ovechkovic took the first lessons of playing kurai
In Yanaul, where he is with his team "Buchevets", within the framework of the World Folkloriada, Michal saw the kurai for the first time. He was struck by the special sound of the instrument, its simplicity, but at the same time its rich musical palette. Michal's interest in folk instruments is twofold since Michal is not only a musician but also makes folk musical instruments himself.
