From May 30 to June 2, Moscow hosted one of the most important events of the year for Russian museums - the Intermuseum-2019 International Festival, which was attended by over 400 museums and 3,000 museum experts from all over Russia, countries of the near and far abroad . One of the participants of the museum festival was the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Representatives of the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan participated immediately in two programs of the Intermuseum festival. The General Director of the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Marat Zulkarnayev, took part in the business part of the festival - in a working meeting of the Council of Museums of the Volga Federal District, where issues of cooperation between Volga region museums and round tables organized by leading museums of Russia were discussed.
