A contest has been announced for the best project for the creation of a monument to the Bashkir poet, public figure Shaikhzade Babich. Organizers: Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Administration of the City of Ufa, Regional Branch of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation in Bashkortostan.

Place of installation of the monument - Lenin Street in the area between the house number 44/46 and the area in front of the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan".

Professional sculptors are invited to participate in the competition (both separately and as part of a group of authors).
