The head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed the decree to award the Mikhail Vasilievich Nesterov in the field of fine arts and art history of the State Prize.

Awards were awarded Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Firdant Nuriakhmetov, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan Nikolay Kalinushkin (posthumously) and Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, associate professor of the Ufa State Institute of Arts named after Z. Ismagilov Vladimir Lobanov for the creation of a monument to Mikhail Vasilievich Nesterov.
