The festival took place recently in the capital of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan. The audience warmly welcomed the "Drawing Artist's Rules" film by Rim Sharafutdinov.
Rim Sharafutdinov is a director, screenwriter, production designer, cartoonist of the Bashkortostan film studio. He collaborated with the Moscow animation studios Pilot and Christmas Films. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, Honorary Cinematographer of Russia, Honored Worker of Culture of Bashkortostan, laureate of the National Animation Prize "Ikar" in the category "Animator".
The creative path of the director has been going on for more than a quarter of a century. He is one of the founders of Bashkir cartoon animation. He created the films "Braveheart", "Windy Side", "Son of the Hunter", "Super 8", "Requiem", "The Stupid Wolf", "Aldar and the Gray Wolf", which won the love of the audience and were awarded festival awards. Film critics compare Rim Sharafutdinov's films with the best examples of Soviet animated cartoons.
