November 16, on the stage of the Mikhailovsky Theater in St. Petersburg, a solemn ceremony was held to present the Third Russian National Opera Prize “Onegin” and a gala concert of its participants and guests.

Nominees from thirty-two regions of Russia gathered in the theater with a rich history. This year, the award organizing committee processed a record number of applications from opera houses. Almost 80 singers and singers from more than 30 theaters of Russia took part in the competition nominations. In the nomination “Debut Men”, the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater was presented by the soloist of the opera troupe Artyom Golubev. According to the BSTOiB, the theater’s soloist, Artur Kaipkulov, was named “Artist of Radio Russia”.

Earlier, the winners of the Onegin Prize were soloists of the operatic troupe BGTOiB - the winner of the Russian National Theater Award "Golden Mask", laureate of international, all-Russian and open republican competitions, winner of the diploma of "Artist of Russia" - Dilyara Idrisova and Honored Artist of Bashkortostan, winner of international and open republican competitions - Arthur Kaipkulov.
