In Bashkortostan, the names of laureates of the State Republican Youth Prize named after Shaykhzada Babich became known in the field of literature, art and architecture.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sport of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the final meeting of the Commission on State Republican Youth Prizes named after Shaykhzada Babich in the field of literature, art and architecture for 2015-2016 was held in the House of Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan on September 26.

The event was chaired by the Minister of Youth Policy and Sport of the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrei Ivanuta, in which members of the Commission from among the most authoritative figures of literature, art and architecture discussed the materials presented, followed by a secret ballot.

The winners of the premiums for 2015, 2016 were:

- Shammasov Almas Ravilevich - for the book "Өй түбәмдә күгәрсендәр" ("Pigeons on the roof of my house");

- creative team consisting of: Kazakbaev Ilsur Yulayevich, Aminov Ural Firgatovich, Baimurzin Rinat Margizovich, Kabirov Artur Zinurovich, Rahmetov Fanis Vakilevich, - for the highly professional artistic creation of the play "Towards a Dream" and the propaganda of the Bashkir theater art;

- Hasbiullina Alsu Afganovna - for achievements in the field of choral art.

Recall that this year for competition of youth prizes, 15 works were presented, 10 of them in the field of art, 4 in the field of literature, 1 in the field of architecture.

The main purpose of awarding the prize is to encourage young writers, artists, artists, musicians, architects and directors who made a significant contribution to the development of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The size of premiums is 150 thousand rubles. Present it every two years.

For 22 years, the winners of the prize were 47 individual authors and 12 collectives. In different years the opera singer Zukhra Bayburina, film director Bulat Yusupov, composer Ural Idelbayev, kurist Robert Yuldashev, writer Igor Savelyev, singer Zemfira Ramazanova became laureates of the award.
