November 30, the National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan invites citizens to the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" on the program "The First".
The name of the program was not accidental: the concert will feature First Symphony of D.D. Shostakovich and First Concerto for Piano and Orchestra by P.I. Tchaikovsky.
The evening concert will be opened by №1 concert for piano and orchestra P.I. Tchaikovsky, one of the most famous and frequently performed concerts in the world. Written in 1875, it is the first Russian piano concert, and its first chords - one of the most recognizable in the history of music.
The second half of the evening will be devoted to the performance of the First Symphony by D.D. Shostakovich, in which the young composer has demonstrated remarkable talent and inspiration. Symphony has brought unprecedented success to the author. Its premiere took place in St. Petersburg May 12, 1926 by Nikolai Malko. Soon the symphony sounded not only in Russia but also in Berlin, Philadelphia, New York.
