Yesterday, July 14, the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan hosted the grand opening of the exhibition of towels "The Magic Pattern of Russia", dedicated to the Year of the Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia. The exhibition project presented collections of Bashkir towels from the funds of the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan and towels of the peoples of Russia from the funds of the Historical and Ethnographic Museum of the Orenburg Agrarian University.

In addition, at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the rite "Kilen һөyөү" was demonstrated with the participation of the women's council of elders of the village of Shamonino, Ufa district "Aҡ inәyҙәr" and employees of the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and the Bylina collective of the Chishminsky children's art school performed a Russian folk song " The grass is my grass."

The exhibition of towels "The Magic Pattern of Russia" will last from July 14 to August 14, 2022.
