The opening of the final stage of the All-Russia television contest "TEFI-Region" 2016 was held on November 22 at the National Hall of hotel "Sheraton"
Turning to the numbers, it's fifteenth anniversary of "TEFI", this year 545 projects competite for the victory, and only twenty statues will find its owner in the award ceremony, which will take place on November 24 at the "Bashkortostan" State Concert Hall. Nominations are divided into two thematic areas: "Information TV" and "Educational and entertaining television." In each category for the "Orpheus" fighting three finalists.
"TEFI" - an abbreviation for "television broadcast". The bronze statue, created on sketches by the sculptor Ernst Unknown, is considered to be the highest award in the field of television.
The program of the final stage of the All-Russia television contest "TEFI-Region" 2016 includes measures for the contestants and guests such as pitching of original ideas, film screenings and master classes by the leading figures of the sphere, as well as the solemn opening and closing of the contest.
After the awards ceremony is expected to welcome the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov.
