On February 25 and 26, the long-awaited premiere will take place on the stage of the Russian Drama Theater in Sterlitamak - a sincere performance based on the works of Vasily Shukshin.

Vasily Makarovich wrote about the most important things: life, Motherland and love with humour. Therefore, you can easily recognize yourself or your friends in the characters and sometimes feel nostalgic.

Ivan Minevtsev is a graduate of the directing department of GITIS. He is a chief director of the Chelyabinsk Youth Theatre Since 2018, worked in theaters in Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Irkutsk, Bishkek, Kaluga, Nizhnevartovsk. Participated in many theatrical laboratories. Ivan Minevtsev is a winner of the Golden Leaf Award for creating the best ensemble cast in the play “The Cherry Orchard. Confessions”, Prize of the Ministry of Culture of the Kaluga Region “For the best director of the season” (“Quiet rustle of the departing steps” by D. Bogoslavsky), the festival “Melikhovskaya Spring”, scholarship named after Anatoly Efros, established by the A.V. Efros fund and the theater "Et Cetera". The "Best Director" award winner of the Chelyabinsk Youth Theater "Molotok".
