The premiere of the Don Quixote opera will take place on May 16, 18 and 19. The production will be the directorial debut of Askar Abdrazakov, People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, laureate of the Onegin National Opera Prize.

When creating costumes, Ivan Skladchikov was inspired by the history of Spain in the late 16th — early 17th centuries. All costumes for the opera have a historical cut, made in the style of Spanish Mannerism.
