On December 11, the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater hosted the season's premiere performances — the one-act ballets "Neighbors"  and "1418".

The works of the outstanding Soviet composer were supplemented by songs by cult performers of the 20th century Elvis Presley (Jailhouse Rock), Frank Sinatra (I've got you under my skin), and Ella Fitzgerald (Tea for two). The night's second performance was staged to the music of the famous 7th "Leningrad" Symphony by Dmitry Shostakovich.

The performances' libretto and choreography belong to the Honored Artist of Russia, invited by the chief ballet master of Bashkir Opera Ivan Vasiliev. The ballets' decoration was developed by the chief designer of the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater, Ivan Skladchikov.
