Bashkortostan will host the regional tour of the XVII All-Russian Open festival of young poets "Mtsiri". 

It will be held in Bashkortostan at the National Library of A.-Z. Validi on October, 1.

Literators from 14 to 27 years old are alllowed to participate in the festival.
