On the eve of Bashkortostan celebrated a great holiday - Victory Day. On May 9, the all-Russian civil-patriotic action "Immortal Regiment" took place for the fifth time throughout the country. Every year more and more people go to the action "Immortal Regiment". In total in the republic about 415 thousand people took part in the patriotic procession. For the first time the action "Immortal regiment" was held on May 9, 2014. Last year, the patriotic procession brought together more than 370 thousand residents of the republic.

Before the beginning of the march, for the first time in the region, a nationwide “Minute of Silence” took place. Then white balloons were launched into the sky.

The beginning of the column was headed by the Victory Banner. Behind him, the participants carried the Banner of the "Immortal Regiment of Russia", the Banner of the Ufa "Immortal Regiment", the Shroud of the Banner of Victory. Then in the column were 170 children and teenagers from the creative teams of Ufa in white clothes in the form of the composition "Crane Crane". Then, in the march, there were soldiers in the form of the Great Patriotic War - members of the military-patriotic club “Rosstan”, cadets of the UGATU. Acting Head of the Republic of Belarus Radiy Habirov took part in the march. The head of the republic was held in a column with a portrait of his grandfather.
