A grandiose celebration of The Day of Family, Love and Fidelity has taken place in Birsk on the 8th of July. A big concert held with Bashkir and Tatar singers gathered the citizens. Headliners of the show were the Makarskiye, the famous actor and singer family. 

There were held agricultural and souvenir fairs, culinary master-classes and so on. 

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov also visited the celebration. He was accompanied by the Interim Deputy Prime Minister Lenara Ivanova and the Minister of culture of Bashkortostan Amina Shafikova. 

Mr. Khabirov presented a "Parental Glory" medal to 4 families. 

"Today is a beginning to a good new tradition. Family is what gives to all of us a strengh to live and work" - said the region's Head. 

The gala concert was held by the famous artists and singers, such as the People's artist of Bashkortostan, the soloist of the Mariinsky theater Askar Abdrazakov, the Zainetdinovs, the People's artist of Bashkortostan Aidar Galimov with the daughter, the People's artist of Bashkortostan Artur Tuktagulov and the Honored artist of Bashkortostan Minzifa Iskhuzhina, People's artist of Bashkortostan and the Honored artist of Tatarstan Fadis Ganiev with the Honored artist of Bashkortostan and tatarstan Liliya Biktimirova and Gulnaz Asaeva, the "Argymak" and "Uzoritsa" groups, the Faizi Gaskarov Folk Dance Ensemble and so on. 

A festive salute finished the celebration.
