In Blagovar, the II open regional festival-contest of songwriter Rim Khasanov was held, dedicated to the composer's 70th anniversary.

Representatives of Askin, Blagovarsky, Dyurtyulin, Chishminsky, Karmaskalinsky, Mishkinsky, Ishimbay, Chekmagushevsky, Krasnokamsky, Davlekanovskiy, Buchdyaksky, Miyakinsky, Zianchurinsky, Tatyshlinsky, Karaidel, Yermekeyevsky districts, Ufa, Agidel and Ishimbay took part in the competition program. The festive event was visited by Rim Khasanov himself.

The greeting words from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan were read by the General Director of the Republican Center of Folk Art Artur Alibakov.

The competitive program of the festival was judged by a competent jury composed of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Republics of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan Ilgiz Gaziev; honored teacher of the Republic of Bashkortostan, associate professor of the department of variety and jazz performance of the UGI them. Z. Ismagilova, teacher of pop singing at the Ufa Art College Svetlana Slyaguzova; Natalia Kondakova, the main specialist in the vocal-choral genre of the Republican Center of Folk Art.

At the end of the competition program on the stage of the regional palace of culture the Gala-concert took place, where the brightest numbers of the festival were heard. There was also a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners.

The Grand Prix of the festival competition was awarded to the participant from Chekmagushevsky district Elvira Khalikov. Likewise, laureates were determined in the age categories "up to 18 years", "over 18 years"; winners in the nominations "solo performers", "professional performers".
