"I met Aigiz Baymukhametov in Baku, at the congress of young writers of the Turkic world. Then he gave me his book in Russian. It so happened that from this event with delegates from Uzbekistan we returned via Moscow in one plane. Suddenly I notice that the sitting Mahmuza Artikova is crying sobbingly. I was scared that something had happened to her. She explained that she was reading Aigiz's book. On his return home he gave this book to my wife. She is a doctor of philology, teaches at the T.Zhurgenov Academy of Arts. She had the same emotions. At home we read this book, hardly waiting for our turn. I was deeply touched, and at the same time admired by the skill of the young Bashkir writer. I immediately had a desire to translate this work into Kazakh. On this occasion, I even had to argue with my wife Alia, because she also wanted to translate, "Sayat Kamshyger shares his impressions.
