In Kazakhstan, the book "Tastamashi, ana!" ("Do not leave, mother!") Was published in Kazakhstan by a Bashkir writer, a member of the Union of Writers of Bashkortostan and Russia, a member of the Union of Journalists of Bashkortostan and Russia, laureate of the State Republican Youth Prize in the field of art and literature named after Shaykhzada Babich Aigiz Baymukhametov.

The author of the translation is Sayat Kamshyger, the poet, laureate of the Youth Prize of Kazakhstan, deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine "Muldir blya".

"I met Aigiz Baymukhametov in Baku, at the congress of young writers of the Turkic world. Then he gave me his book in Russian. It so happened that from this event with delegates from Uzbekistan we returned via Moscow in one plane. Suddenly I notice that the sitting Mahmuza Artikova is crying sobbingly. I was scared that something had happened to her. She explained that she was reading Aigiz's book. On his return home he gave this book to my wife. She is a doctor of philology, teaches at the T.Zhurgenov Academy of Arts. She had the same emotions. At home we read this book, hardly waiting for our turn. I was deeply touched, and at the same time admired by the skill of the young Bashkir writer. I immediately had a desire to translate this work into Kazakh. On this occasion, I even had to argue with my wife Alia, because she also wanted to translate, "Sayat Kamshyger shares his impressions.

As the author of the translation tells, at first the excerpt of the story was published in the journal. The readers' interest in the work was great. Then the story became interested in the publishing house Kokzhiek. And in the near future meetings with Aigiz Baimukhametov in the cities of Almaty and Astana are planned.

Let us note that Aigiz Baimukhametov's novel Do not Leave, Mama! Is the most widely-circulated modern Bashkir book. The work has been translated into many languages, and in the Bashkir Academic Drama Theater named after M.Gafuri and Buryat Drama Theater. H.Namsaraeva with success there are performances on motives of this story. In 2015, for this book, the author was awarded the State Youth Prize named after Shaykhzada Babich. Recall that the light also came out the second part of the story - the book "Childhood without fairy tales" in the Bashkir language. This book includes events that did not fall into the first part of the autobiographical novel. Here, readers can learn about the future life of the characters.
