The qualifying round was set at the Secondary Special Ufa Music College on February 6. The republican youth delegation will include students of the Ufa College of Arts (College), the Second Special Music College, the Oktyabrsky, and Salavat College of Music, Rudolf Nureyev Bashkir Choreographic College, children's music schools of Kumertau and No. 6 of Ufa, the Children's Art School of the Blagoveshchensky district. 

Representatives of the Ministry of Culture RB, the Ministry of Education and Science RB, the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports RB, as well as the professors of the Ufa State Institute of Arts, were part of the selection board. Applications for about 40 pupils and students were submitted to the qualifying round. Auditions and watching videos were held at the Secondary Special College of Music. 

The 19th Youth Delphic Games and the 15th Youth Delphic Games of the CIS member states will be held in the city of Omsk from April 24 to 29, as part of the Delphic Omsk 2020 large-scale cultural project.
