The department of information and digital development of the Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation conducts a competitive selection process on establishing multimedia-guides in museums. 

This project includes an implementation of 75 multimedia-guides in museums around Russia on different permanent exhibits. A digital programme "Artefact" is offered to use as a basis (https://ar.culture.ru). Museum vsitors will get an opportunity to use guides forr free with their smartphones.
