Today the second day of the International Festival of Arts "Heart of Eurasia" has come to the end. This evening was devoted to the national Bashkir instrument - kurai, which is the protagonist of the project "UFA - Kuraifest".
An important event for the whole country was the solemn presentation of the patent of the Federal Intellectual Property Service on registration of the kurai as a territorial brand of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The document was presented by Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property Lyubov Kiriy to the Minister of Culture of the Republic Amine Shafikova. Recall, as a territorial brand of Bashkortostan, kurai was registered on March 1, 2018.
"I am grateful to the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan for being invited to this wonderful holiday, because I am entrusted to present the certificate. The Bashkir land is rich in folk handicrafts, traditional goods, we in Rospatent hope very much that we will receive applications for other names that will glorify the republic, "Lyubov Leonidovna said.
Amina Ivnievna from the stage congratulated all the residents of the republic and thanked everyone involved in this long-awaited event.
