The "Bashkir Women Community" will held the 4th Republican competition for women-leaders. More than 500 applications were approved this year. The competition is held in 2 steps: municipal and republican.

There are 10 nominations for prpfessinal in each social sphere. The rewarding ceremony will be set on the March 4 at the Congress-Hall Toratau.
