A new scholarship is ratified in Bashkortostan. The Head of the region Radiy Khabirov signed the according decree about the perpetuate of the name of the Bashkir national poet Ravul Bikbay. 

Two scholars will be chosen annualy. The amount of the scholaship will run to 1200 rubles monthly. The scolars will be found among those who works for the development and popularizing of the national languages. 

Ravil Bikbay was the popular Bashkir poet and publicist. He representated Bashkir culture worldwide. He passed away last April at the age of 81.
