As reported on the legal information portal of the Republic of Bashkortostan, four objects of the Pershins' Manor were included in the list of architectural monuments: the Main House of the Manor, the Demidov Mill, the Yard House and the Corner House. The buildings of the XIX century are located at the address: Kommunisticheskaya street, 117a, 117b and 117/1.

Buildings were repeatedly at risk of being demolished, but now they are in the register of protected. The complex is an object of cultural heritage of the capital of the republic.
