A Moscow Region artist exhibition dedicated to S. Aksakov opens in Ufa

The "Aksakov's Places" exhibition opens in the hometown of the famous Russian writer Sergei Aksakov. It is organized by the S. T. Aksakov Memorial House Museum, a branch of the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The author of the works is Natalia Shomovskaya, a Moscow Region artist.

At the exhibition, you can visit the Aksakov's places — look at the Bashkiria wides, visit Kazan where Aksakov studied, take a walk in his estate near Moscow — Abramtsevo estate, where he lived and wrote his pieces, take a look at Sergiev Posad and Moscow — in Trinity Sergius Lavra to St. Sergius, in whose honor he was named, the oldest Moscow Simon Monastery, where he found peace, the exhibition organizers report.

The exhibition will feature oil paintings and graphics in ink, pencil, and watercolor.

The opening of the exhibition will take place on July 7 at 5.00 PM.
