The founders of the festival are the "Bishmbmak-Cinema" film studio, the Center for Contemporary Directing and Drama of Bashkortostan, the "Homai" fashion show with the participation of the Union of Cinematographers of Bashkortostan.

Note that this film festival, in which short and animated feature films (10 in all) were presented, is a review, without a competitive component. However, the organizing committee was organized by a jury - journalists well-known in the republic, who, according to the regulations, determined the nominations and their laureates.

The diploma "For the originality of cinematic reading of contemporary literature" was awarded to Tatyana Pertseva for the film "Tambourine of the Upper World".

Animation film Aigul Bayramulgulova "The Adventure of the Urals and Shulgen" received a diploma "For expressiveness and new paint in the Bashkir palette."

Olga Starikova - director of the short video game "I'm alive" was awarded a diploma "For an appeal to humanistic ideals".

Kamila Dalgich - director of the film "Weekend in Russian" was awarded the nomination "For contribution to the development of the sitcom genre in Bashkortostan".
