The founders of the festival are the "Bishmbmak-Cinema" film studio, the Center for Contemporary Directing and Drama of Bashkortostan, the "Homai" fashion show with the participation of the Union of Cinematographers of Bashkortostan.
Note that this film festival, in which short and animated feature films (10 in all) were presented, is a review, without a competitive component. However, the organizing committee was organized by a jury - journalists well-known in the republic, who, according to the regulations, determined the nominations and their laureates.
