On January 15, an evening dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of film director Amir Abdrazakov and the cameraman Ildus Galiullin, who were among the founders of Bashkir cinema and the creators of the film studio, was held at the Bashkortostan Film Studio.
Members of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic, film veterans, as well as colleagues in the creative workshop came to honor their memory. Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of Bashkortostan Farit Gabitov told about the contribution they made to the formation and development of cinema of the republic. Amir Gabdulmanovich, whose name was recently given to the film studio, was the first director of the film studio, artistic director, and Ildus Khadyevich - the first chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Belarus. Being friends, they jointly created a series of films that are forever in the history of the national Bashkir cinema. Their contribution to cinema was appreciated by the Russian cinema public, they were elected members of the Russian Academy of Cinematographic Arts "Nika".
In memory of these prominent personalities, many warm words were said by their colleagues and friends. In the viewing room of the film studio were shown musical films shot by film director Amir Abdrazakov and the first Bashkir short film “Hope”, created by him together with production director Ildus Galiullin.
