The unique violin created in 1912 by the Italian master Riccardo Antoniazzi will receive the winner of the II International Violin Competition Vladimir Spivakov International Violin Competition.

The competition will be held from 17 to 21 September 2018 in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ufa. Participants will be young performers aged 15 to 26 years. Applications for participation in the Contest are accepted until July 20, 2018. Performances of the contestants will assess the international composition of the jury, led by an outstanding violinist, whose performing arts are highly regarded around the world, by Mikhail Kopelman (USA). The jury will also include Vladimir Spivakov (Russia), Boris Kushnir (Austria), Qian Zhou (Singapore), Takashi Shimizu (Japan), Sergei Dogadin (Russia).
