On April 18, 2017 at 19.00 in the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" will take place the concert "Constellation of Talents", in which young and young talents from the educational and cultural institutions of the Republic of Bashkortostan: the Bashkir Choreographic College named after Rudolf Nureyev, the Secondary Special Music College, the Republican Gymnasium-boarding school named after Gaziz Almuhametov, Children's art schools of the Republic of Bashkortostan and others.

The most talented children of the republic will take part in the concert "Constellation of Talents", who showed their abilities in various kinds of arts. In the foyer of the Concert Hall an exhibition of the best works of students of children's art schools and art schools of the republic will be exhibited.

In our republic, a system for identifying and supporting young and young talents has developed and is successfully operating. Since 1999, the scholarship of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan has been awarded to especially gifted children and talented youth. During this period, 435 students from cultural educational institutions became holders of this prestigious scholarship. Since 2006, the President of the Russian Federation has established a prize to support talented youth within the priority national project "Education" and 45 talents from educational institutions of culture and art have become laureates of this award. Since 2008, the Ministry of Culture of Russia has been holding the All-Russian contest "Young talents of Russia", among its winners there are 35 students of art schools and professional cultural educational institutions.

In order to identify and support talented children and youth, various creative activities are held in the republic; The participation of young talents in international and all-Russian competitions, exhibitions and projects held outside the republic is organized, including the youth Delphic Games of Russia, the All-Russian Choral Festival and many others. Young talents of the republic take part in the creative changes of the educational center "Sirius" in the city of Sochi, created on the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation by the Foundation "Talent and Success" on the basis of the Olympic infrastructure.

The "Constellation of Talents" concert is held by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Education of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan together with the Charity Fund for Promoting Talent Development and Professional Skills of Youth Vladimir Spivakov in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
