The Days of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the Republic of Austria were held in Vienna. The official delegation of the region was headed by the acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

The business program of the visit included working meetings with representatives of Austrian authorities and business, a presentation of the investment potential of the region, as well as an exchange of experience in creating a comfortable urban environment.

In the Museum Quarter of the Austrian capital, a national courtyard was organized, representing the life, culture and cuisine of the Bashkir people. Various workshops were organized on the manufacture of kurai, interior dolls and Bashkir bees, leather products, bibs and much more. The guests were treated to traditional Bashkir dishes.

The Sabantuy holiday took place here, which ended with an ethno-show and a concert of masters of art of Bashkortostan. The State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble of the Republic of Belarus named after F. Gaskarov, the National Orchestra of Folk Instruments of the Republic of Belarus, the Argymak and Caravan groups, the national artist of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan Aidar Galimov, the Uzoritsa folklore ensemble and other performers took part in it.

The head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, addressed the guests of Sabantui with a welcoming speech.

For many years, Muslims and Orthodox Christians have lived in peace and harmony. More than 100 nationalities live in peace and harmony. Bashkortostan is one of the key regions of the Russian Federation with a developed economy. Therefore, today we came to you to talk about us and invite everyone to our beautiful Bashkir region.
