On December 14, a concert “Theater. Music. Love”, dedicated to the Day of the Bashkir language, the birthday of the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater and the 105th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding composer Zagir Ismagilov was held in Ufa.

From 1954 to 1978, Zagir Garipovich served as a chairman of the Union of Composers of the Bashkir ASSR. Today, the composer organization is headed by his daughter Leyla Ismagilova.

The program of the evening included arias and works by the composer performed by the leading soloists of Bashopera - People's Artists of the Republic of Bashkortostan Svetlana Arginbayeva, Artur Kaipkulov, Dilyara Idrisova, laureates of international, all-Russian and republican competitions Regina Zvegintseva, Idel Aralbaev, Rim Rakhimov, Elvina Akhmetkhanova, Aytugan Valmukhametov. The concert was attended by the choir and the symphony orchestra of the theater, conductor is People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, laureate of the Russian National Theater Award "Golden Mask" Artyom Makarov.
