On September 3, within the framework of the party project "Historical Memory", the International Historical "Victory Dictation" will be held, which will be dedicated to the events of the Second World War. The dictation is a very important educational event and will be held for the third time in a row both online and offline. It was organized with the aim of attracting the general public to study the history of the Great Patriotic War, as well as increasing historical literacy and patriotic education of young people.
