Flarida Irkina will present a concert "From Baroque to Jazz"

On March 31, the laureate of International and Regional competitions Flarida Irkina will present a concert program “From Baroque to Jazz” at the Bashkir State Philharmonic.

The singer is famous for her extraordinary look at the choice of repertoire and the presentation.

In the concert programme "From Baroque to Jazz" the audience will hear a mix of famous classical and modern compositions. As always, the singer will present it in a special way: Caccini's Ave Maria will be accompanied by percussion instruments, Varlamov's "What should I live and grieve" with a trumpet, and Rachmaninov's "At my window" with a whistle. The popular Clara's Lullaby from Gershwin's "Porgy and Bess" and Cohen's “Hallelujah” will be performed to the accompaniment of an ensemble featuring piano, double bass and percussion. There will be many more musical surprises.

The piano part will be performed by the laureate of International competitions Chulpan Fatykhova.

The Honored Artists of Bashkortostan Artur Gimaev/trumpet, Oleg Yangurov/bass and Rustem Karimov/drums, as well as the Boys' Capella led by the laureate of international and all-Russian competitions Klim Kalitov will also perform their musical compositions.

The conductor is the laureate of International competitions Olesya Islamova.

The director is the Honored Artist of Bashkortostan Sulpan Askarova.
